RETURN POLICY: If you receive a product that is unsatisfactory or defective we will replace it or refund your money. Please let us know and we will do whatever we can to make it right.

SHIPPING POLICY: We normally ship UPS Ground or USPS Flat Box Rate. Since we are in a rural area we are unable to provide Next Day or 2nd Day Air options; however, you can arrange for UPS 3-Day Select by calling us at 541-754-5657. Our rates are based on carrier costs plus $1.00 for handling.

SHIPPING ERRORS: On the rare occasion of an error in shipping we first determine how the error was made. If we made the error we will replace the package and ship it expidited or refund your money, whichever you choose. If the error was on your part (i.e., incorrect shipping address, omitted apartment number, incorrect zip code, etc) we will not provide a refund; however, if you decide you'd like the package reshipped we can do so once additional shipping payment is made.
