Our Favorite Breakfast Hazelnut Pancake/Waffle Mix contains all the dry ingredients. You simply add water, egg & butter.
Recipe: 2 cups "Our Favorite Breakfast" Mix, 1 to 1 1/2 cups water (or milk), 1 egg, 3 Tablespoons melted butter (or canola oil). Mix wet ingredients together and pour at once into dry mixture, stir til flour is moist. Pour batter, about 1/4 cup each onto hot griddle. Makes about 9, 5" pancakes.
